Bondoukou is located in the Zanzan Region of Ivory Coast, 420 km from the north-east corner of the nation, bordering Ghana & Burkina Faso.
Bondoukou Manganese Mines have a potential reserve of 4.2 Million Tons of Mn 44%. The permit covers an area of 150 km2 . Similimi & Tatwa are the two hills being currently exploited by the company.
The Company has already invested approximately US$ 30 mn in mining infrastructure at the Bondoukou mines.
A 200 ton per hour manganese ore beneficiation plant is currently under construction at Bondoukou mines. The plant will produce 600,000 MT of Mn at 45% grade annually. The plant has been designed with German Technology and became operational in July 2014.
