Group Evolution

The Group’s first acquisition was Bondoukou Mines, a Manganese mine in Northern Ivory Coast. Since then we have grown substantially as a mining company & diverse natural resources developer. Our strategy was growth by acquiring mineral & natural resource properties with a focus on high quality and profitability.

Successful commissioning of 230 TPH Beneficiation plant
JV signed with SEM Gabon for developing Okondja Mangense permit in Gabon

Construction work of 230 TPH Manganese Beneficiation plant begins at Bondoukou Mines, Ivory Coast. The Plant is expected to be operational by June 2014.

SFM study for Forest Concession completed at Gabon.
Group bags a second concession of 80,000 hectares of Forest land in Gabon
